Responsibility

Prepare and manage all required shipping documentation of both contractual and non-contractual products for shipment in accordance with government, customer, and commercial standards. Provide administrative support on a daily basis for all activities within shipping. Maintain compliance with Export and ITAR requirements for all international shipments. Generate Government Bills of lading, air bills and bar code labels along with all transportation related documents. Interface with our in-house Government officials, communicate with the various levels of management. Ensure timely processing of company documents and maintains accurate shipping records and files, as required. Manage required monthly MMAS audit documents. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
