Responsibility

The collaborative efforts of the CTR contribute to global stability and enhance U.S. influence in partner states and their regions. As a Junior SharePoint Administrator, the individual will be responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing support of the KM framework developed by the team. This role emphasizes continuous improvement of the KM framework in collaboration with key stakeholders and KM team members. The KM Analyst will implement systems, policies, and processes that transform information usage and enhance the department's expertise. This includes promoting knowledge sharing and developing organizational learning strategies that leverage the operational business processes, personnel, and systems within the organization. The position requires managing five SharePoint site collections, gathering requirements, and providing solutions for site design, navigation, and collaboration workspaces. The Junior SharePoint Admin will monitor, remove, and archive outdated content while ensuring timely updates. Additionally, the role involves responding to change requests, promoting KM tools and processes, and supporting the development and implementation of training on KM processes and tools. Support the management of 5 SharePoint Site collections. Gather requirements and provide solutions on site design, navigation, and collaboration workspaces to customers. Monitor, remove, and archive outdated content while proactively updating as needed. Respond to change requests from the team in a timely manner and clarify any requests that need resolution. About the position The Junior SharePoint Administrator/Knowledge Management (KM) Analyst position at Noblis ESI is a temporary role expected to last between 6 to 9 months. This position is integral to the Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), specifically within the Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Program Integration Department (CT-PI). The CTR initiative plays a crucial role in U.S. national security by working to prevent the acquisition, proliferation, and use of weapons of mass destruction (WMD), related materials, technologies, and expertise.
