Responsibility

The ServiceNow System Administrator/Developer Level should have a fundamental understanding of IT service management and the ITIL business processes; experience working closely with SME's, project managers and process owners to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications and develop ServiceNow functionality. They will also be responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution and troubleshooting. Development of ServiceNow applications, including modification to existing ITSM modules. Work with process owners to develop and implement workflow. Perform regular ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB maintenance. Report Setup/Custom Reporting. Perform data imports. Custom Scripting. 3rd Party software integrations. Facilitating roll out of new applications and modules
