Responsibility
The ServiceNow Administrator will provide support to customer environment operations. The ServiceNow Administrator is a technical resource that possesses ServiceNow administration capability and can design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and services. The ServiceNow Administrator will support customer environment operations. Under broad direction provide development and administration of ServiceNow infrastructure. Understand business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation. Assist with the implementation of Discovery, Cloud Provisioning and Governance with the ServiceNow CMDB. Assist with creation, maintenance, and debugging Discovery jobs/schedules. Assists with the technical design for architecture, responsible for overall code quality ensuring a highly available and recoverable environment. Assists with the design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and technical solutions. Analyze system processes and develop enhancements to improve user experience and general system usability. Diagnose and isolate incidents through testing and work to develop workarounds and/or fixes for system related issues. Develops custom integration components and integrate legacy systems with platform using mid-server and other relevant technologies. Documents, maintains, and updates policies, procedures, and controls for the platform operation and software development life cycle while promoting agile development. Designs and develops new ServiceNow applications and services. Develop systems integrations and process automation. Perform installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new release
