Service Administration Assistant Responsibilities: - Contact multiple service vendors to get status updates on open service calls. Professionally communicate service status with customers. Schedule service calls with third-party vendors but also direct service force. Submit invoices for service work to customers. Process invoices in Salesforce. Create quotations for service work in real-time. Review and verify assets and parts warranty status and determine business scenario and accounting type. Escalate customer concerns to Regional Technical team and work to resolve open issues

LaSalle Network has partnered with a technology and industrial company that is hiring a Service Administration Assistant in the Rolling Meadows, IL area. Service Administration Assistant Responsibilities: - Contact multiple service vendors to get status updates on open service calls - Professionally communicate service status with customers - Schedule service calls with third-party vendors but also direct service force - Submit invoices for service work to customers - Process invoices in Salesforce - Create quotations for service work in real-time - Review and verify assets and parts warranty status and determine business scenario and accounting type - Escalate customer concerns to Regional Technical team and work to resolve open issues - Accurately update company CRM with real-time updates Service Administration Assistant Requirements: - 2-3 years of office administrative experience is preferred - Personable with good relationship-building skills - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions - Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel - Working knowledge of order management systems such as SAP is a plus - Working knowledge of customer management systems such as Salesforce is a plus - Strong written communication If you are interested in this Service Administration Assistant opportunity and qualify per the above requirements, please apply today!
