Responsibility
BASIC FUNCTION: The Server will deliver food, drinks, and other items from the kitchen to the dining room tables. The Server is also responsible for cleaning and resetting of tables. Performs in line with very high standards during both setup and service. Follows all company procedures involving gaming regulations. Follows all procedures involving Indiana alcohol rules and regulations. Works with Supervisors and Managers to insure prompt, accurate and efficient service. Performs the delivery of food, drinks, and other items from the kitchen to the dining room tables or from the storage area to the restaurant. Performs daily stocking and cleaning of all service areas in dining room and kitchen. Performs daily hand polishing of china, silver and glassware. Cleans and resets tables as directed by Managers and Supervisors. Performs nightly breakdown of side stations. Maintains crisp, clean uniform as outlined in restaurant guidelines. Must be completely knowledgeable about all food served in the restaurant. May assist in greeting and seating of guests as they enter the restaurant including verification of authentication for government-issued domestic or international ID’s. Performs other related reasonable duties capable of being performed as requested by Management
