Establishing deep trust and partnership with business leaders will be crucial as you help influence talent strategy and execute hiring deliverables. You will embed yourself within the business to gain a comprehensive understanding of product positioning, market fit, technical roadmaps, and team culture, which will enable you to effectively pitch opportunities to potential candidates. Your responsibilities will also include tracking and analyzing pipeline and performance data to identify areas for improvement, building recruiting strategies that contribute to the long-term growth of the company, and acting as a subject matter expert in various prospecting techniques. You will conduct interviews, engage passive candidates, and drive diversity hiring initiatives to ensure a diverse slate of candidates.
