Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to talent development. Act as a role model for continuous learning and development, promoting a culture of growth and development within the organization. Represent the organization at conferences and events to network and stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Maintain accurate records and reports related to training and development activities. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
