We are looking for a Senior Operational assistant to the Translation team for one of our clients, a prestigious international bank located in Luxembourg. Your Responsibilities : • Translating texts from French and at least one other EU language into English. • Editing and proofreading English texts to ensure clarity, coherence, and compliance with institutional standards. • Collaborating with a team of translators to meet the translation and editing requirements. • Participating in unit-wide and cross-group projects and initiatives, contributing your expertise to enhance overall efficiency and output quality. • Staying informed about the activities to understand the context and subject matter of the documents being translated. Your Profile : • At least 3 years of professional experience as a translator in a national or international institution or a private sector translation service • You are fluent in english and french • Experience with computer-aided translation tools, preferably the Trados suite (including Trados Studio) • Skills in using machine translation and post-editing techniques • Strong ability to collect and reference information accurately • Autonomy in following standardized functional guidelines, with supervision focused on progress and results To include yourself in this recruitment process; to find out more information about this role; or to discuss other career opportunities we have available, please contact Aurélia Michaux as soon as possible.
