Responsibility

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall productivity and efficiency of our sales organization. You will ensure our sales organization is informed with the latest product offerings, strategic initiatives, and operational processes. You will act as the conduit between our technical teams and sales organization and will be responsible for creating content and tools to translate new builds into sellable opportunities. This role will be dynamic and will work cross functionally across the business; responsibilities may shift as business requirements change. Ownership of sales enablement initiatives and reporting. Thought leadership for training, programs, and strategic initiatives. Creation of content and tools to increase the effectiveness of our sales organization. Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales organization for enablement. Lead training sessions as needed. Monitor and report on adoption and success of enablement initiatives. Collaborate with other departments to align on priorities that will have the largest impact on the success of the sales organization. Understanding and following Cologix' information security, cybersecurity and privacy policies, procedures and standards. Ensuring conformance to all information security, cybersecurity and privacy policies, procedures, and standards. Remaining vigilant and reporting any suspicious activity or possible vulnerabilities, weaknesses, threats, or breaches in Cologix information security to company information security and privacy officers. Actively participating in Cologix' efforts to maintain and improve information security
