Responsibility

This role will have you leveraging your logistics background while supporting the Division Action Group (DAG) processes. Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs), CDRLs, inputs to Program Management Plans (PMPs), replies to Initial Capability Document (ICD)/Capability Development Document (CDD)/Capability Production Document (CPD), Statements of Work (SOWs), and other evaluation criteria/reports. Develop and collect technical data and inputs for staff summary packages to support coordination and signature of all associated documents for milestone approval. Interface and coordinate with lateral USG organizations, including but not limited to headquarters, major commands, aircraft wings/squadrons, test agencies, and USAF Centers or other external agencies to accomplish assigned tasks; Assist with the resolution of programmatic issues including, but not be limited to, interfacing/querying Air Staff, Air Force Major Command, and DoD personnel. Assist in performing logistic studies, resource requirements analyses (manpower, spares, cost, etc.), readiness assessments, cost analyses (including trade studies), total life cycle supportability, and comparative logistics/cost trade-offs of specific problems or areas of emphasis. Assist in developing integrated support requirements for system and equipment design; developing support requirements that are related to readiness objectives and design; conducting specialized analyses on total life cycle cost, logistics supportability, and warranty; and providing technical assistance and consultant expertise. Send out program policy and specific initiative guidance for members of the organization. Coordinates, documents, monitors, and supports a variety of meetings and conferences to include, but not limited to, scheduling and set up of physical and virtual meetings in support. Prepare background information and invite required meeting participants ensuring documentation of the meetings are filed IAW organizational policy.
