Responsibility
The Senior Data Scientist will be a key contributor in the Dairy Foods Data & Analytics Product Team, partnering closely with business teams and IT colleagues to drive data-driven decision making. This position will translate business requirements into technical analyses and models to drive revenue, decrease costs, and/or optimize business results. The Senior Data Scientist will identify data science use cases, conduct exploratory data analysis, and implement machine learning algorithms and techniques. The Sr Data Scientist will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable communicating across a broad range of technical and non-technical audiences in a variety of settings. Collaborate with and influence multiple stakeholder groups to ensure alignment with standards, guidelines and best practices. Provide thought leadership and education to business partners regarding analytic best practices. Enable analytic end-users by onboarding new end-users to the analytic platforms while providing recurring training workshops, prototype sessions and holding office hours. Aid in enabling enterprise roll out of advanced analytic capabilities
