As a Senior Companion, you'll provide exceptional care to our clients, assisting with scheduled activities and overall care management. Benefits We Offer: • Weekly pay, including overtime pay and holiday rates • Ability to access your earned wages before payday through Payactiv • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage • 401k retirement plan with company match and immediate full vestment • Ongoing caregiver recognition programs and appreciation days throughout the year • Unlimited employee referral bonuses • Access to our CareAcademy for continuous training and development opportunities Responsibilities: • Assist in putting into practice detailed, individualized weekly schedules and care programs • Perform ADLs (activities of daily living) in a professional and safe manner • Provide personal company and stay involved with each client by continuing to offer them emotional and social support • Help with personal care tasks, such as grooming, feeding, food preparation, incontinence care, mobility help, and light housework • When necessary, arrange for transportation to and from appointments • Administrative duties such recording task completion and reporting modifications to the client's physical state, mental capacity, or demeanor Qualifications: • Able to successfully pass a background check and offer references. • Requires a negative TB test or a chest X-ray. • Must have dependable transportation for commuting to and from work. • Proficiency in basic computer operations. • Overall technical savviness.
