Responsibility

Conducts and analyzes market research using various sales tools to identify target account opportunities in international and domestics supply chain through Panjiva, social media, industry events, and the Collaborative Sell program. Collaborates with internal team members to prepare for RFI/RFQs and presentations of OOCL Logistics services, then deliver presentation to interested customers. Ensures strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and further upsell of additional products and services. Provides weekly updates of sales activities; and upon securing new customers, reports services and customer requirements for implementation. Liaises with Corporate and Origin offices regarding service opportunities and disruptions

Senior Account Manager, International Logistics Must reside in the US – New York Metro Area or New Jersey Area remote work with in-person client meetings. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
