Responsibility

Utilize expertise to perform critical client functions, including evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines and related to accounting and insurance regulatory compliance. Help establish the growth and retention strategy for account team and monitor implementation. Duly monitor the retention of business and generation of new business. Ensure the success of relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth. Serve as a client contact and responds to more complex client needs and questions to improve the client experience. Maintaining and monitoring monthly account analysis and reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts and resolving reconciling items and issues noted in a timely manner. Preparing, reviewing and uploading monthly journal entries for month-end close. Reviewing, documenting and resolving variances in monthly preliminary Financial Statements prior to distribution. Preparing various audit schedules as requested. Creating and maintaining key process flows related to position. Functioning as interdepartmental liaison in regards to accounting policies and procedures. Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of financial software used for revenue recognition process. Special projects as assigned

Full Job Description Seeking Senior Account Executive / Senior Vice President in Captive Insurance Company Management. Remote work from any location in the US is possible.
