Responsibility
Position will require onsite a couple of days for training and then remote. Mid June through First week in September. Maintain and update personal records of President’s Suite guests within our in-house designed database. Responsible for data entry and updating various affiliate groups. Must maintain the confidentiality of all guests and partner information. Will support other staff with additional affiliation groups including but not limited to the USTA family, International, and Grand Slam guests. Assign invitations to all categories of guests, confirm bookings and forward responses. Respond to telephone, email and written communication from guests in a timely and professional manner. Communicate with all International Federation guests and assist with all aspects of their visit, including but not limited to credentials, hotel arrangements, ticket purchase and transportation needs. Will assist manager with any other necessary tasks related to President’s Suite overall operations
