Excellent oral and written communication skills in dealing with people of all levels Experience in deploying technological advancements in live events and production of virtual events. Experience in deploying digital and social media in event marketing and communications. Strong interpersonal skills including experience in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse network of individuals and organizations. Strong passion for teaching and motivating youths and adults alike. Experience in developing a curriculum or providing training in a client-facing environment will be an advantage. Proficiency at statistical and big data analysis will be an advantage. Possession of a CEM or CMP is an advantage.
