Responsibilities • Earn $15/HR! Overtime after 40 hours • Weekends Off! Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM start, 8-hour shifts • Role as a Saw Shop Operator, setting up and operating power saws for wooden pallets • Appropriate warehouse, lumber, carpentry, roofing, landscaping, logistics, or construction background • Responsibilities include operating power saws to cut and trim wood pallets • Requires quick hands, attention to detail, and commitment to quality • Observance of all safety rules and regulations is mandatory • May require working in extreme conditions and lifting 50-75 pounds repetitively • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, including eye and ear protection, safety shoes • Saturday hours optional depending on workload Requirements • 12 months of relevant experience in a similar role. • Must be 20 years of age or older. • Steel-toed shoes are mandatory for safety. • Ability to work with power tools and heavy machinery. • Good sense of balance, eye-hand-foot coordination, and physical fitness. • Effective communication skills. • Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and comprehensive Background Check Bonus Points • Maintain a stable balance of work and home life with Out & Back Runs! • Weekly Pay • Our insurance covers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HAS program and prescription card. • We also offer 50% match on 401K on your 1st 8% with max of 4%. • 6 paid holidays a year • Accrued PTO/ Vacation Time • Driver Referral Bonus of $1000 per driver.
