Responsibility

As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will ensure that Salesforce is tailored to meet the evolving needs of the organization, maintaining data integrity, security, and providing user support and training. Salesforce Administration:. O Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating and modifying objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows. O Manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and licenses. O Implement and manage security settings, including user access, data visibility, and sharing rules. O Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business operations. O Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy. O Monitor and optimize the performance of the Salesforce platform. Data Management:. O Import, update, and maintain data within Salesforce. O Ensure data quality through validation rules, workflow rules, and data cleansing processes. O Implement and manage data backup and recovery strategies. User Support and Training:. O Provide technical support to Salesforce users, addressing their queries and issues promptly. O Develop and deliver training sessions and user documentation to promote effective use of Salesforce. O Encourage best practices and adherence to data governance policies among users. O Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement within Salesforce. O Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance business processes. O Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure the platform is leveraged effectively. Project Management:. O Lead and participate in Salesforce-related projects and initiatives. O Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, plan, and execute projects.
