Match company services with patient needs. Develop and implement special events and presentations to assist in maximizing fair market share. Facilitate patient transition to company services. Meet and exceed company established targets and KPIs. Effectively utilize company resources to grow business. Utilize company database to input all sales activities on a daily/weekly basis. Create weekly sales report reflecting the week's activities and referrals. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home care services. Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns for optimization. Look for opportunities to host events, lunch and learns, speaking engagements, etc. Attend networking groups such as OAC and ESN. Work interdependently with Franchise Partner to identify power partners, professional referral sources, facilities, and agencies to market Nurturing Referral Sources. Performing Face to Face Meetings with Community Contacts and Potential Clients. Responsible for Marketing Collaboration. Being very responsive and accessible during business hours. Contributes to monthly newsletter. Ensure distribution list is expanded for new sales contacts. Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional need for Saturday or Sunday if an event calls for it
