Responsibility
The Sales Surveyor will be responsible for going to the offsite location, evaluating the furniture items, to include weight and size and noting those items. This position will also conduct virtual surveys with customers from Royal’s office. Performs surveys for local, office, and international household goods and freight moves. Sends out quotes on surveys and follows up with customers. Answers any queries which the client may have about the moving process. Answers phone and walk-in inquiries for moving services. Prospect, establish, and maintain relationships with customers to create opportunities for future and sustainable business. Maintain CRM

Royal Hawaiian Movers, Inc. has an immediate opening for a qualified Sales Surveyor with some experience in moving and transportation. The Sales Surveyor will be responsible for going to the offsite location, evaluating the furniture items, to include weight and size and noting those items. This position will also conduct virtual surveys with customers from Royal’s office. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
