Responsibility

A successful Business Development Manager acts as the specialist resource in the automotive product segment and is responsible for the development and execution of a strategy to find and capitalize on growth opportunities within complex customer bases. The goal of this role is to grow Sales of Automotive films through both new and existing customers. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and forging strong relationships with key stakeholders. Perform field activities focused on business development and sales. Leverage expertise in automotive films to engage in in-person presentations with installers, wrappers, tint shops, body shops, auto detailers, and printers to generate leads and close sales. Conduct in-territory sales calls and visits with OSRs to provide training and support, driving growth within the automotive film market. Respond quickly and credibly to customers, vendors, and colleagues. Successfully execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals. Support current vendor and dealer needs and requests in the Automobile Segment. Prospect and develop new business in the automotive segment. Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing effective prospecting techniques. Nurture leads through the sales funnel, building strong relationships and understanding their needs. Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our products/services. Meet or exceed both revenue and gross profit objectives, while maintaining competitive pricing in the marketplace. Represent Company in regional/national trade shows as required to further enhance its image and develop additional business. Analyze sales data on an on-going basis to quickly identify trends, insights, and opportunities. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes. Manage and grow existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-selling. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target markets. Collaborate across departments including Sales, Marketing, and Training and with assigned Outside Sales Reps to ensure a seamless customer experience

The BDM partners with and supports Fellers Outside Sales Reps to grow Automotive Films sales inside of the OSR territory. This is a salary plus monthly commission opportunity with a target OTE of $100,000 annual and includes full benefits, extensive training, and ongoing support.
