Responsibility

Build and nurture relationships by making outbound calls to establish your book of business. Sell and close deals with new and existing customers to meet their freight transportation needs. Utilize negotiation skills to determine pricing with shippers and carriers. Manage daily shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery while addressing any issues that arise, 24/7/365. Open and proactive communication, both internally and externally, maintaining transparency and trust
