Responsibility

This individual will drive key initiatives and develop programs that will help shape the future of sales at Adobe. Design, build, and own a comprehensive list of programs and initiatives that focus on developing skills for closing enterprise sales with both net-new, and renewal/upsell motions. Develop, lead, and implement quality improvements to sales programs and planning workstreams. Maintain proactive relationships with all partners associated with respective opportunities. Proactively recommend creative solutions based on data-driven insights. Responsible for coordinating front line solution/product training as well as continued training for internal and external teams. Responsible for reporting and communicating to sales management, sales operations, enablement, and talent organization on overall program and performance

Benefits

  • The U.S. pay range for this position is $77,900 -- $148,800 annually
  • At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans
  • Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)
  • In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award
