Responsibility

The full-time Sales Operations Senior Associate will be a member of FMG Leading’s Sales Team. The Sales Operations Senior Associate has a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for optimizing sales processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of sales data and trends to identify actionable insights for performance enhancement. Prepare and disseminate regular sales reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) pertinent to sales effectiveness and productivity. Assist in sales forecasting and strategic planning initiatives, leveraging CRM insights to inform data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with the sales management team to establish and attain performance objectives. Strategically oversee the administration and optimization of our CRM platform, aiming for an elevated level of expertise. Ensure the CRM system effectively guides leads through the sales funnel and accurately tracks customer interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the drafting and negotiation of contracts, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational standards. Ensure all deals and contracts are compliant with relevant regulations and internal policies. Evaluate, implement, and streamline latest sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Foster robust communication and collaboration with the Operations department to ensure the seamless integration and operation of CRM and sales technologies. Sales Process Optimization and Lead Management:. Develop, refine, and implement sales processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate Champion best practices and standards for sales operations, fostering collaboration with marketing and other departments to align strategies. Manage the flow of leads from marketing campaigns into the sales pipeline. Track conversion rates and assess the effectiveness of lead sources. Develop comprehensive training materials and programs aimed at upskilling the sales team. Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales personnel on effective sales strategies and proficient utilization of the CRM platform
