Responsibility

As the Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting clients and guiding our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include meeting with clients individually to understand their concerns regarding unwanted hair and collaborating with them to tailor treatment packages that enhance their quality of life. Additionally, under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment for team development. Foster a culture of world class customer service. Educate clients on laser hair removal. Promote and recommend treatment packages. Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments. Proactively seek client reviews and referrals. Mentor and manage a team of two to five employees
