Responsibility
The Sales Operations Analysts will work with other members of the Sales Operations team to provide best in class support to our growing WW Sales teams as well as Finance, Marketing, Clinical, Product Management, and Customer Support teams. The Analyst will be a key member of the team providing support on overall Company and Sales Strategies, Data Management and Analytics, Pipeline Performance Management, and other tasks through the optimization of processes along the customer journey from Lead to Cash. Support our worldwide Sales teams by providing performance reporting and analysis to decision-makers within each Sales team, reviewing any gaps in data analysis and closing those gaps. Work with other Sales Operations team members on Building and Maintaining a reporting infrastructure and dashboards from all our systems including Salesforce, CPQ, E-Commerce. Look at ways to increase automation and scalability on all our processes and initiatives as needed in a drive to optimize operational processes and ensure seamless systems integration. Ensure data quality and hygiene within Salesforce and other company tools. Develop, Improve, and Maintain sales processes and programs and work with Sales Enablement to roll out and train the broader worldwide Sales Organization and other impacted groups. Work cross-functionally with all Revenue generating groups including but not limited to Service, Clinical, Training to ensure all necessary business functions are represented in sales/revenue-related processes. Must be agile and able to keep up with a fast-paced environment. Help implement projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout Sales Operations, the worldwide Sales organization, and company-wide. Sales Operations Analyst Compensation And Benefits The salary range for this position is $95k - $110k. Use of tools like Clari or SF CRM Analytics and Tableau, highly desirable. • Must be a self-starter, responsive, detail oriented, and analytical with strong organizational skills. • Strong individual contributor, continuously seeking to learn and develop • Team player that understands success rests on helping others to be successful • Experience supporting system implementations a plus • Proficient in G suite & Microsoft Office applications • Deliver customer and sales support like you expect to receive it; with excellence.
