Responsibility
This position will report to the Director of Business Development. As the US Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for business activity planning, organization, and implementation. As well as, effectively managing customers to maximize their interests in the company and our solutions, and representing a global team that spans 3 continents. Understand the Li-ion battery/EV market including trends, regulation and competitive landscape while performing preliminary market research to report back to the team if product alteration or adaptation is required. Formulate product sales and business development strategies according to the company and departmental strategic objectives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Develop price strategies and proposals. Attend industry trade shows and take leadership of planning and execution to drive results. Develop business communication programs based on the industrial characteristics, customer conditions, competitors’ landscape, internal projects, and other circumstances. Lead business contract negotiations. Control contract risks and provide feedback up/down to marketing, finance, and production. Attend meetings in-person and online before and after office hours for global alignment. Manage the sales budget and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate sales reports and analyze data to track team performance. Present sale report and insights to senior management team
