Responsibility

As a leadership member of the team, you’ll be an integral part in executing this investment while increasing sales, growing customer loyalty, and expanding market share. Attract and Recruit top tier, real estate agents to Oyler Hines. Develop our agent avatars & recruiting systems. Build out and implement a top tier training program. Lead our sales team through motivating, coaching and mentoring sales agents, as well as providing strategic and operational guidance to our OH leadership team. Present and curate new sales tips, tricks and tactics to sharpen their skills. Enhance our existing agent accountability program, competitions, and events. Help agents to develop and deliver their personal sales goals. Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, data analysis on past performance, and future performance projections. Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends. Assist and Manage our lead distribution and pipeline management. Maintain and further develop our team culture to continue to make Oyler Hines a great place to work. Develop initiatives to boost agent productivity and reinforce these practices through coaching. Be a culture carrier who inspires and empowers those around you with a positive and constructive approach to creating and implementing change
