Responsibility
As a Video Editor in Consulting, you will be engaged on our most strategic sales opportunities, working closely with client account teams and sales leaders to produce creative and compelling short form videos, that emotively connect with our clients on strategic issues and market growth opportunities. Producing creative and compelling short form videos across a broad range of content purposes from promotional/informational content to aspirational journey stories and inspirational introductions. Assisting and executing creative processes, content development, production, and exercising both creative abilities and technical skills. Assisting and coaching the video and production professional(s) who manage on-set/off-site shooting, post-production editing, and maintenance of all digital assets. Candidate must be a creative thinker and problem-solver to bring new ideas and identify opportunities for improvement in production processes. Thinking and working creatively to close content gaps in the stories we develop. Managing risk and elevate issues, team needs, requests for resources, as needed. The team member will be aligned to the Consulting National Office, comprised of professionals with various areas of focus that collectively provide mission critical services to support Consulting's overall success. SE supports the sales life cycle from identification and prioritization of the opportunity all the way through to closing the deal. The Sales Excellence organization comprises several sub-teams, including our Sales Executive organization, Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCOE), Proposal Studio, Pricing & Commercial Deal Support, Competitive Intelligence, Value Center of Excellence, Sales Learning & Development, and Neuroscience of Winning, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities and more. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,000 to $140,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
