Responsibility

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in both pre-sales and post-sales, leveraging your technical expertise to guide customers through the integration of our security solutions. You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial engagement to implementation and beyond. Pre- and Post-Sales Support: You will engage directly with customers, providing technical expertise throughout the sales process, from initial pitch to full product integration. Custom Solutions: Analyze customer needs and tailor RealDefense solutions to align with their business objectives. Product Demos: Lead in-depth product demonstrations, translating complex technical details into customer-friendly presentations that highlight the value of our solutions. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, support, and marketing teams to ensure smooth technical implementation and to address customer concerns. Technical Documentation & Training: Provide customers with the necessary documentation and training to ensure they can leverage our solutions effectively. Customer Success: Drive the successful deployment of RealDefense systems and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction by troubleshooting any post-sale technical challenges
