About Our Client: The Mom Project is excited to partner with a client that specializes in capturing the fleeting moments of early parenthood through luxury newborn and family photography. Their mission is to create timeless, high-quality artwork that tells each family's unique story. They pride themselves on delivering a personalized experience that prioritizes both comfort and quality. Role Overview: As a Newborn Portrait Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their photography journey with us. You'll use your sales expertise to help families understand the importance of capturing newborn moments professionally, without needing to have photography skills yourself. You'll guide clients through our photography services and product options, showcasing the value of our work. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to assist in post-session sales, helping families select the perfect ways to display their precious memories. Responsibilities • Conduct approximately 10 initial sales calls per week with potential clients • Perform 1-2 post-session sales consultations per week (as you become more experienced) • Educate clients on the value of professional photography and printed artwork • Utilize your understanding of parenthood to connect with clients on an emotional level • Provide expert advice on wall art and album options, considering clients' home decor • Use sales software to showcase products and create orders Requirements • Proven sales experience with a genuine passion for the sales process • Warm, empathetic personality with excellent communication skills • Personal understanding of parenthood and family dynamics • Appreciation for photography and printed artwork • Proficiency with computers and video conferencing software • Ability to work remotely on a part-time basis • Sales training (feminine sales techniques preferred) Preferred Qualifications • Experience or interest in the photography industry • Willingness to learn photography-specific systems like Tave and Fundy • Background or interest in interior design/home decor This position offers the unique opportunity to blend your sales expertise with your love for family and photography.
