Interact directly with consumers, inform them of current deals or sales promotions offered by our clients’, and recommend services to facilitate solution-oriented customer service. Assist the Sales and Management staff in exceeding established goals for the branch by meeting with consumers directly and promoting our products. Operate jointly with Senior Sales Managers to identify trends and develop innovative campaigns that will set us apart from competitors. Attend workshops, virtual sessions, on-the-job training, conference calls, and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure competence in the areas of product knowledge, compliance, sales presentation, strategies, customer service, and communicating the message of our clients
