Responsibility

Assists with the creation of sales presentations and proposals. Helps with Key account administration (set up forms, shipping instructions, vendor portals). Assists in all aspects of customer service as needed. Provides accurate and regular reporting/analysis to management on sales performance and initiatives. Communicates with reps on a daily basis, providing reports, product training, etc. Responsible for coordination of all temp trade shows with products/sales materials needed. Travel domestically to industry trade shows. Will be responsible for all new product introductions flowing into our ordering system and website accurately and in a timely manner

Sales Administrator Carson Gifts, a wholesale company in the gift industry is seeking a Sales Admin to provide support to our network of US sales representatives as well as the internal sales team. Responsibilities: · Assists with the creation of sales presentations and proposals · Helps with Key account administration (set up forms, shipping instructions, vendor portals) · Assists in all aspects of customer service as needed · Provides accurate and regular reporting/analysis to management on sales performance and initiatives · Communicates with reps on a daily basis, providing reports, product training, etc. · Responsible for coordination of all temp trade shows with products/sales materials needed · Travel domestically to industry trade shows · Will be responsible for all new product introductions flowing into our ordering system and website accurately and in a timely manner.
