Responsibility
This position will be responsible for training and educating our sales team on mission-critical software and hardware tools. Additionally, they will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues surrounding our sales tools and effectively collaborating to ensure a proper resolution. Train our sales team on proprietary and third-party tools, acting as a subject matter expert. Assist our internal sales team with technical issues via zoom, telephone, and email. Troubleshoot software and hardware to resolve the sales team's issues. Take ownership of issue reporting and resolution follow-up. Participate in UAT of proprietary sales software. Gather data and capture the information into databases. Create Ad-Hoc Reports on demand within our custom CRM

Entry Level Sales Administrative Position Summary: Chetu is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our Sales Administrative Assistant team. This position will be responsible for training and educating our sales team on mission-critical software and hardware tools.
