Responsibility
This position will promote ATIS’s full suite of service offerings to include elevator inspection services, total elevator asset management and consulting services. Additional duties will include developing a new book of business, working cohesively as an asset for consultants and other sales executives, and logging daily activities within our Salesforce CRM system. Under the direction of the Sales Director, the Sales Executive will focus primarily on the proactive solicitation of ATIS’s services to prospective customers, including the planning and executing of all sales activity necessary to generate organic revenue growth (i.e., lead/opportunity prospecting and nurturing, contact research, cold calling, sales presentations, proposal generations, and all follow up activity). This position will be responsible for overseeing and developing vertical segments and developing opportunities with elevator maintenance vendors. Reporting and Working Relationships. This position reports to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and will work closely with the sales and marketing department, as well as regional offices and directors throughout the country. Plans and execute daily activities necessary to accomplish the approved sales plans and promotional activities of ATIS services. Generate targeted annual revenue growth through direct sales activities including lead research and development, cold calling, pipeline management, discovery evaluation, proposal development, negotiations, and contract execution. Achieve sales objectives through established KPI’s and metrics. Logs all sales activity into Salesforce. Utilize available free and paid resources, identify prospective company leads and contact information and enter data into Salesforce. Participate in development and response efforts of focused marketing campaigns. Respond to inbound proposal requests, as needed. Stay informed on competitive services. Monitor requests from marketing campaigns and website leads. Actively participate in sales team meetings and contribute to collaborative sales efforts. Keeps Sales Director informed of sales initiatives and prospects. Performs other duties as directed and needed by management. This position operates in a remote or professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, and filing cabinets. This may include visits to regional offices, company-required functions, and visiting potential and current customers as necessary
