Qualification

No travel agent experience needed, but you'll be making a big difference!. Because even superheroes need to sharpen their skills!. Help with setup and cleanup. Interest in helping others. Basic administrative skills. Strong multitasking abilities (juggling not required, but helpful). Responsible and reliable. Excellent communication skills (talking and listening both count). Punctual (because being fashionably late doesn’t apply here). Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)

Responsibility

Distribute personal hygiene items, meals, and other essentials to our clients. Think of it as spreading a little joy (and cleanliness). Assist with scheduling travel and relocation arrangements. Be the friendly face that patients see first at the vaccination site—welcoming them in like an old friend. Manage vaccine appointments using our Healthpoint system. You'll be the one making sure everything runs smoothly, just like a pro event planner. Collaborate with the site supervisor to keep everything on schedule. Keep an eye on appointments to ensure compliance with local rules and available supplies. Handle shipment tracking and data entry like a boss with our RRT data team. Participate in training and performance improvement. We all chip in here—think of it as the ultimate group project. Use supplies wisely and maintain confidentiality because you’re awesome like that. Perform other duties as assigned—because you're flexible and up for anything!
