Responsibility
As a CEA, you will be responsible for the first half of the solar sales process, including prospecting, monitoring and reply to inbound leads ASAP, conducting killer discovery calls that set our closers up for success. Generally, this role brings in and starts the relationship with customers, prior to the closer coming in and using their skills and experience to achieve a high close rate. As a CEC, you will be responsible for educating and advising customers on solar solutions, conducting consultations either virtually or in-home, and customizing solar designs based on customer needs. You will guide customers through the sign-up process, and serve as a point of contact throughout the installation process. In some cases, you will also review and compare proposals from additional installation partners, to insure the customer receives the best quote possible for their home
