In the role of BPO, you will ensure that data migration and data validation processes are correctly followed by key users. Ensure that data ownership is clearly established on the business side. Acts as an auditor to ensure data quality and train/coach key users in data management. If you're looking for the opportunity to apply your talents and demonstrate your enthusiasm for the aerospace industry as we build smarter electrical solutions for a better flight, this could be the position for you!  Identifies, designs, updates and documents, based on business vision, all processes he/she is owning, with a goal of process alignment and buy off from all BUs;  Based on a “Best Value for Money” and standard COTS approaches, identifies, defines and designs processes or part of the processes to be supported by the Information System;  Ensures business savings (ROI) are provided for Projects/Change Requests;  Validates and helps formalize business requirements;  Contributes to Enterprise Architecture analysis & simplification;  Communicates detail of the processes to the Business organization (for execution) and establishes loops to permanently improve those processes thru Lean or Six Sigma (Safran+) initiatives;  Formalizes operating principles, “As Is” and “To Be” processes and organization;  Organizes and manages international network of Key Users and Business Leads through Team Building animation (workshops, Business Process Reengineering, conf calls,…) with support of SAP Module Leader;  When assigned to be the project leader of a specific project: o Follows-up and ensures project completion within defined schedule and budget; o Defines project deployment strategy; o Manages the project team in coordination with hierarchical managers and Business Project Leads; o Identifies risks proactively and creates associated mitigation plans; o Coordinates handover to maintenance team after post Go-Live period;  Sets up management by Processes and Data quality management with BPI;  Defines and plans the necessary trainings to key users;  Serves as the process expert referent for Support team when required;  Is the point of contact for any information related to the process;  Leads NRT (Non Regression Tests), UAT (User Acceptance Tests) and deployment phases when in Project mode;  Contributes to priorities' management and CoC roadmap;  Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;  Regular, predictable attendance is required;  Other duties may be assigned.
