Responsibility

This role is crucial in supporting our clients by ensuring the stability and performance of their BI platforms. Install, configure, and administer SAP Business Objects environments, specifically versions 4. Lead and execute the upgrade process from version 4. 1 to 4.3, ensuring minimal downtime and system stability. Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the SAP Business Objects platform. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Manage user accounts, security settings, and permissions within the Business Objects environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide technical support. Ensure system documentation is accurate and up to date, including installation and upgrade procedures. Stay up to date on the latest developments in SAP Business Objects and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed.
