Responsibility
The Revenue Operations Business Analyst will work with the National Director of Revenue Cycle Systems and will participate in recommendations and implementation of new methods to improve business operations and increase company profit. The intern will use theoretical skill to analyze the Revenue Operations business, its processes, systems, and financial reports. The intern will use their findings to identify possible design new workflows and automation, and then caucus with the RO Systems team to make suggestions for improvement to management. Part of any new processes, as analyzed and designed by the intern, will require documentation of methodology to track efficacy of the new workflows along with quantification of projected uplift in terms of productivity and increase in company revenue. Analyzes Revenue Operations work processes; model and document new processes to increase productivity. Analyzes information systems to optimize automation; document change to process. Works with Revenue Operations to implement and train proposed change. Perform Financial Analysis to determine present and theoretical future performance that is projected to result from operational or system changes. Thoroughly documents all data and findings to track and verify outcomes from changes to workflows or system automation. Using results from financial and budget analysis data, communicates results and presents business recommendations. These recommendations may include cost reduction measures, collection optimization ideas, and processes to increase customer satisfaction
