Responsibility

As the leader of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales while ensuring a fun and festive atmosphere for our customers. Lead and manage a team of retail associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Oversee all aspects of the retail store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Set and communicate sales goals and strategies to the team, and track and analyze performance to drive sales and meet targets. Create a welcoming and festive atmosphere for customers by maintaining store appearance and ensuring all displays and decorations are in line with Party City standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or concerns. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and processes. Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders and conducting regular audits to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize shrinkage. Collaborate with the store manager and other team leads to develop and implement promotional events and marketing initiatives. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to drive business growth. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to team members to ensure efficient and effective store operations. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and recognition to team members. Act as a role model for the team by displaying a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills
