We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Retail Team Lead to join our team at Party City! As Retail Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the store floor, providing direction to store associates, and ensuring the store meets sales goals and customer service standards.The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for customer service, retail operations, and creating a fun and engaging shopping environment. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you must have at least one year of retail management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in business or a related field would be beneficial. Responsibilities: Manage store floor operations and provide direction to store associates. Ensure store meets sales goals and customer service standards. Create a fun and engaging shopping environment. Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed. Implement store policies and procedures. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards. Train and develop store associates. Develop promotional campaigns and strategies to increase sales. Monitor store performance and staff productivity. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns. Resolve conflicts and disputes between customers and store associates. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
