Now Hiring: Retail Sales Associate Schedule: Part-time Compensation: $17.00-$19.00 (DOE) Location: Shoreline, WA 98133 Whistle Workwear is part of the Work World family of brands. What You’ll be Doing: • Assist customers with requests in store and on the phone • Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers • Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner • Keep an eye on inventory levels and restock shelves as needed • Ring up customers at the cash register, take payments, and issue receipts • Tag prices on merchandise • Contribute to team’s daily sales goals What You’ll Need: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) -required • 1-2 years of sales experience or customer service experience (preferred) • Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays • Excellent verbal communication skills • Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service • Basic math skills • High attention to detail • Demonstrated selling skills • Ability to maintain a professional appearance • Bi-Lingual a plus What You’ll Learn: • Leadership and organizational development skills. • Sales and merchandising best practices. • Customer service techniques including communication, and the ability to outperform the expectation of our customers. • The ability to adapt to fast and unique situations to provide an amazing customer experience. • How to network and build long lasting relations with both customers and your fellow employees.
