Responsibility

The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing the specialized work performed by Research Associates to ensure satisfactory completion of client requirements. Effectively works with Data Curation & Delivery Team, Operations Team, and Research Associates as a solutions-focused leader supporting the overall goal of client satisfaction. Responsible for all District outcomes and results. Provides timely updates to the Data Curation & Delivery Team regarding any potential issues on audit delivery, timeliness, completeness, or accuracy. Maintains appropriate Research Associate staffing levels to complete client schedules, including ad hoc special projects, without incurring significant labor costs such as overtime, drive time, and mileage. Schedules work for all Research Associates in District and meeting labor requirements for special/ad hoc requests. Motivates and engages Research Associates through texting, telephone calls and email. Ensures weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly schedules and metrics are met. Follows up with Research Associates and enters job monitoring notes for all late or pending audits. Manages Research Associates performance by providing regular feedback, coaching and corrective action when needed. Works closely with administrative departments within the organization to ensure all policies and procedures are administered and followed. Other duties as assigned. The Retail Operations Supervisor will oversee a team of Research Associates; the number of employees supervised varies . Team size varies depending on territory and evolving client demands. Normal 40-hour workweek – Monday through Friday. Frequent additional hours required
