This opportunity on the Restaurant Technology team offers participants a comprehensive understanding of the integration of hardware and software systems within restaurant operations. Interns will work closely with POS, Back Office, and Payments teams to test and provide feedback on cutting-edge products while also researching and building visual models of in-restaurant technology. This hands-on experience will prepare you to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the ongoing innovation in restaurant tech solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES:   • Work with the Restaurant Technology team to gain a broad understanding of how our systems interact with franchisees, crew, and customers  • Work with POS, Back Office, Payments, and other teams to understand the hardware and software being used in stores  • Test and provide feedback on products in the Dunkin' / Baskin POS & Payments Lab  • Through research, build out a visual model of in-restaurant technology and Inspire IT    QUALIFICATIONS:   • Required Minimum: Pursuing a 4-year degree   REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES:   • Excellent oral and written communication skills  • Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills  • Organization skills and high attention to detail  • Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mentality  • Programming skills (e.g. SPSS, Qualtrics)  • Exposure to Tableau  Inspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 32,600 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC locations worldwide.
