The Perks (They’re Uncommonly Good) • Competitive pay, plus QUARTERLY BONUS • Paid time off – including PTO, health days, holiday, & more • Quarterly Bonus Program • Tuition assistance and scholarship awards • Balance Bucks - annual reimbursement to support our team member’s wellness (gym membership, pet adoptions, student loan payments, and more!) • Free meal every shift • Free mental health, legal, and financial resources • InstaPay through an app (get your paycheck when you want it!) • Lifestyle perks like cell phone and event ticket discounts • Medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance • 401(k) with employer match and stock purchase discounts • Parental Leave & Adoption/Surrogacy Benefits • Opportunities for career development and growth • Mentoring and leadership development program • Free online Spanish and English language courses What You Bring to the Table • Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience • Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus • Ability to lead a high performing team with the General Manager • Create an uncommonly good experience by welcoming guests and delivering world-class customer service • Conflict resolution skills required, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills • Hire, train and manage restaurant team members and shift managers • Identify and foster talent in your team, develop high performers for promotions, recognize a job well-done • Follow operational and inventory control procedures • Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing • Lead with a culture of food safety that exceeds company standards in food quality, food safety practices, and cleanliness • Ability to work 45 hours per week within our operating hours (generally 11 am-9 pm), with the flexibility to work variable shifts throughout the week (starting as early as 7 am, and working until as late as 11 pm) • Position may include walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds • Certain other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment • Driving may be needed for this position, so a valid driver’s license is required • Must be at least 18 years old At Noodles, we work hard and have fun doing it.
