Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game. The Work: • Assess, plan, implement and/or support world-class SAP application solutions for our Chemical industry clients, spanning simple IT projects to large-scale, enterprise-level change programs. • Align with client stakeholders to expectations, communicate activities, implementation plans, and to ensure the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals. • Conduct SAP architecture assessments and define solutions for complex problems that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. • Develop or update project plans for SAP projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. • Drive SAP deliverables for complex projects, including managing budget, schedule, and scope. • Manages large sized teams and/or work efforts at a client, distribute responsibilities across team members, and provide status reports for assigned scope of work to client stakeholders. • Report program status, key risks/issues, and recommendations to senior leaders and obtain consensus for project decisions. • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
