Job Qualifications: • With own transportation • With own cleaning supplies • With Residential Cleaning Experience (at least 2 years) • With Driver's License • Must be able to undergo criminal background check • Authorized to work in the US • No medical condition • With business liability insurance • With general liability insurance Skills: - Experience in Residential Cleaning. - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Knowledge of floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing is a plus for house cleaner positions that involve floor maintenance Responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens - Make beds and change linens - Empty trash and dispose of waste - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Restock supplies in bathrooms and common areas - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning service Job Types: Part-time, Full Time Benefits: • Flexible schedule Schedule: • Day shift • Monday to Sunday • Morning shift • On call • Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities • Tips Willingness to travel: • 100% (Required) Work Location: In person Job Type: Contract Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Application Question(s): • Do you have your own transportation and cleaning equipment?
