Responsibility
This research scientist’s primary responsibility is to perform the characterization of raw materials and hydrogel polymers using chemical and physical characterization techniques. In addition, this scientist is also going to assist senior scientists to develop new analytical methods. Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of polymer samples to support vision care research and development projects. Design and execute experiments to for materials characterization, ensuring accuracy, precision, and reliability of results. Validate analytical methods including High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), and other relevant techniques. Interpret and analyze experimental data and present findings to internal customers. Maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Good documentation and laboratory practice
